Step 1: Enquiry from Client
On receiving the drawings from the client, our engineering team starts working on the possibility of CFS structure and prepares BOQ & BOM for the client.
we call clients as they are entitled for free unlimited time meeting as per project requirements. This consultancy services can educate client what they should consider before getting quote from us.
Step 2: Design & Engineering
Our in-house engineers and designers analyze and design the structure using a number of software like FrameCAD & Vertex BD.
Step 3: Modelling
Upon completion of the design, our modeling team prepares the 3D model and sends it to the client along with shop drawings for approval.
Step 4:Manufacturing & Supply
Once shop drawings are approved, wall frames, roof trusses & floor joists are manufactured by our state of class machine and ready for transporation.
All our staff in production line and assembly line are fully skilled and experienced. Some of our main staff working with us since we opened the gate to the public.
Logistics we developed our own system for Logistics which is call frame Store Pod. To avoid any damages frames onsite.
Step 5: Installation or erraction
Skilled and experienced team of installers and they erects LGSF on-site to meet client requirements.
We have long time relationships with Riggers for all our commercial and factory structural steel jobs. Some are working with us even before we started our factory in 2013 in Seven Hills.
Step 6:Completion
The project is finally handed over to the client.
We handover all the certificates and warranties to the client.
